    v0.1.3 - WS4/WS5 implementation, WS7 upstream filed, live tier diagnostics & quota resolution

    Notable changes since v0.1.2:

    • WS4: MCP mcpAllow opt-in per-server (: and :*, both-spelling mcp:call allows, trailing denies win, * never implies MCP, no suffix-stripping on allows). Default remains fail-closed deny-all.
    • WS5: Structured {cwd} validation (type check, no $/backtick expansion, path.resolve + realpath, containment under projectDir, must exist and be a directory). Surfaced to hooks via toClaudeToolCall(..., projectDir); hooks cannot set cwd through updatedInput.
    • WS7: Upstream issue filed (anomalyco/opencode#55212) regarding session.prompt reject-with-message; drift J preserved.
    • Live tier diagnostics: attempt() now captures and logs process exit code, stderr, event summaries, and raw error event details. Engine logs (c4o.log) are preserved in .e2e/report/c4o-live.log.
    • Live model re-targeting: Diagnosed upstream HTTP 429 quota exhaustion on OpenCode Go gateway; re-targeted live tier to non-quota provider opencode/muse-spark-1.3-contributor-free, achieving 100% green passing runs.
