[M1-02] Native Memory Arenas & 64-Byte Cache-Aligned Allocators (#23)

* [M1-02] Native memory arenas + 64B cache-aligned Flecs hooks

- LinearFrameAllocator: lock-free atomic bump pointer, per-frame reset.
- PageArenaAllocator: mmap/VirtualAlloc reserve + lazy commit, lock-free
  bump with spin-serialized page commit.
- Aligned Flecs hooks: ecs_os_api malloc/calloc/realloc/free wrappers
  enforcing 64B payload alignment via one-line header; arena-backed with
  aligned_heap fallback.
- Single-universe link: flecs_static default visibility + WHOLE_ARCHIVE
  into libengine_core so tests bind the .so's ecs_os_api (dual-copy
  segfault root-caused: exe read NULL hook table from its own fragment).
- CTest engine_memory_arenas: 45 checks covering all acceptance criteria.

Verified: linux-debug/linux-release/ci-linux builds zero-warning
(-Werror), ctest 2/2 green, ASan+UBSan clean. 1M-row warm sweep
(release): 1.62 ms single-threaded C++; side-by-side stock malloc
1.40-1.62 ms vs hooked 1.62-1.74 ms at -O2 (allocator overhead at
noise level; absolute 1.5 ms gate owned by M1-05 workers+SIMD).

* fix(ci): silence intentional C4324 padding on Transform64 (MSVC /WX)

* fix(windows): ENGINE_CORE_API export macro for allocator/hook symbols

* fix(review): single shared flecs universe, subtraction bounds checks, export macro

* fix(windows): scope C4251 suppression to exported allocator classes

* fix(ci): pin msvc-dev-cmd to full SHA (S7637)

* fix(sonar): nested comment on intentional no-op deallocate (S1186)

// aligned_flecs_hooks.hpp — M1-02: 64-byte-aligned Flecs OS hooks.
//
// Flecs routes ALL of its dynamic memory through ecs_os_api_t
// (malloc_/calloc_/realloc_/free_). Column storage for tables, the entity
// index, query caches — everything lands in those four hooks (the built-in
// block allocator itself pages through them, so hooking at this level
// covers both FLECS_USE_OS_ALLOC and default builds).
//
// This header installs hooks that:
// 1. Round every allocation up to a 16-byte header + payload and return
// a payload pointer aligned to kCacheLineSize (64). The header stores
// the raw pointer + payload size so free()/realloc() can recover it.
// 2. Back allocations out of a caller-provided PageArenaAllocator when
// one is installed (zero malloc on the frame path); otherwise fall
// back to ::aligned_alloc/_aligned_malloc so behavior is correct in
// unit tests and before the arena exists.
//
// Layout per allocation (all addresses 64B-aligned except raw):
// raw = base_heap_ptr (whatever the backend returned)
// hdr = AlignUp(raw, 64) <- AlignedHeader lives here
// payload = hdr + 64 <- returned pointer, 64B-aligned
// The 64-byte header doubles as a full cache-line guard: the bookkeeping
// bytes never share a line with user data, so allocator metadata writes
// cannot contend with hot component iteration.

// data survives realloc-grow, bulk entity creation + real query

// LocalTransform-style sweep measures < 1.5ms (numbers printed).
