fix(layout): eliminate horizontal overflow and admin sidebar drift

Browse Source 
- Set display: none on closed emcp-notif-drawer to remove it from layout calculation
- Remove backdrop-filter containing-block trap on .emcp-appbar
- Eliminate legacy negative margins on .elementor-mcp-stats
- Enforce overflow-x: hidden / clip across html, body, #wpwrap, and #wpcontent
- Normalize #wpbody-content to float: none and width: auto
- Bump EMCP_TOOLS_VERSION to 3.14.4
