feat(branding): overhaul visual identity to Heretek Blood & Steel theme
- Import Heretek master logo (logo.png) from Heretek-AI/ProxmoxVE - Generate scaled 96x96 (icon-sm.png) and 32x32 (icon-xs.png) RGBA icons - Bundle self-hosted Cinzel-Bold.woff2 for offline gothic-tech typography - Overhaul admin.css and ai-chat.css with dark steel void surfaces and crimson blood accents - Port signature Heretek graphical effects (machine-icon glow, blood borders, corruption glow, circuit pulse, custom scrollbars) - Update admin badge to HERETEK UNLOCKED and refresh documentation
