When the web host's IP is blocked by Chaturbate's Cloudflare challenge, the
per-room live check returns 403 and the widget never renders. The new
Detection mode option lets admins:

- live_only: existing behaviour (default).
- always_show: skip the live check; render the first room permanently and
  let the embed page itself display the offline placeholder when needed.
- external_json: poll a remote JSON map (e.g. a Cloudflare Worker) so the
  status check can be served from a non-blocked IP.

Settings page UI updated; Live status table now surfaces the active mode
and probes the external JSON URL when in external_json mode.
