BillyOutlast 8612eb3324 feat: register LDAP as an auth:provider SPI and retire /verify (#93 )

Replaces the standalone POST /verify route with a host-registered AuthProvider
so the login flow can delegate to LDAP. Invalid credentials return
authenticated:false while transport/server failures return unavailable:true, so
the host can distinguish an outage from a bad password. Declares the
auth:provider capability in class metadata and the shipped manifest, and bumps
the SDK to ^0.7.0 for the SPI.
