317631 - d&d support for places view by adding nsINavHistoryResultViewObserver interface to allow command controller to handle controllery treeview events. r=bryner... also a whole heck of a lot of other places stuff. hook up search box. implement many more commands. d&d, copy paste, etc.

Work-in-progress for places UI. Allow the backend to filter results based on item type, and provide a way to ask for a result rooted at a given bookmark folder. NPOB, will be reviewed by ben/brettw before being turned on.

Adds "places" directory consisting of new moz-storage-based history

implementation. Use --enable-places to use this code instead of the Mork
history implementation. This code is currently in active development, so some
things are broken, notably all the UI which uses RDF.
