1908bdafba Fix for bug #99517: Text migrates past H. Line, loses formatting when converted to list 
Modified WillMakeList() to clear prevListItem after adding a block
to a list item so that any inline nodes after the block are put

0b2465e811 Fix problem in the formrewrite changes, the new code ends up doing a flush on the document from within DemoteContainer() in the sink which ends up notifying the document about some peices of content more than once.
