a0aafd6361 Bug 1869571 - In search-config-v2, move the environment out of the engine "base" and into the "variants". r=mcheang 
It is confusing to have the environment in the base section, as well as in the variants.
This is especially complicated because the variants can expand on what we have in the base section.

7d49943e3e Bug 1869527 - Disable SurfaceControl rendering path. r=geckoview-reviewers,owlish 
We are seeing severe rendering glitches using the SurfaceControl
rendering path on Samsung S22 devices. This path was added to allow us
to gracefully recover from GPU process crashes on modern Android
versions (See bug 1762424). However, since bug 1824083 we have an
alternative solution to that problem.

browser_permission_dismiss.js could fail in test variants where test is run multiple times with the same
browser window because the permissions were not cleared out properly at the end of test and as a result,
the next iteration of the test run did not yield expected results.

7a2ed08e59 Bug 1868906 - Recreate AVCodecContext after draining r=media-playback-reviewers,padenot 
The draining is implemented by sending a NULL to avcodec_send_frame to
make the underlying encoder enter a permanent EOF state. As a result,
the encoder cannot continue encoding.

To keep encoding after draining, thie patch re-creates the
AVCodecContext after entering EOF state. This may not be the perfect
solution, but this unblocks the WebCodecs' encoder development for now.
We will find a better solution in Bug 1869466 instead.

`Intl.Segmenter.prototype.segment()` returns a SegmentsObject tied to a specific
string. The SegmentsObject supports finding segmentation boundaries through its
`containing()` method.

The "Segment Data" object is created in self-hosted code to ensure we get stable
shapes.
