4af7171c4f Bug 1269347 - Part2 Add support for embedded webextension in SDK test addons. r=mossop 
This commit make it possible the creation of hybrid addons as part of the set of
SDK test addons.

Unfortunately these SDK test addons are build using the old cfx tool and the its
related module loader, and so this patch applies the changes needed to:

- optionally include an `hasEmbeddedWebExtension` option in the generated "install.rdf"
  (if the test addon "package.json" contains a property with the same name
  in its "package.json")

- initialize the "sdk/webextension" from the bootstrap method params
  (as already done in the previous patch for the new SDK module loader)

- include the "webextension/" dir in the generated xpi, if any (similarly
  to how it is already done for the "chrome/" dir, which an SDK addon can optionally
  contain)

Instead of creating them in a subdirectory, possibly racing over the
creation of said subdirectory, just create them in the existing current
directory. They're being copied over to some other place anyways, they
just have to be picked from the right location when doing so.

The checkbox in the preferences window remains (nightly/aurora only), as well as the message saying that e10s requires a restart.

The e10s accessibility doorhanger remains. and chrome://browser/skin/e10s-64@2x.png remains too because it's also used in the a11y doorhanger.

There are two parts to this change. The first is a module to drive kinto
collection sync. This gives server-provided last-update times to each module
managing collection information so that data is only fetched when updates are
necessary. This also keeps track of when pings last took place (for future use)
and any apparent difference between client and server clock (we need this later
for the content signing work).

Currently only one module (the kinto version of the OneCRL client) consumes this
information, though more will follow.

The second is a minor change to nsBlocklistService.js to ensure that this ping
takes place whenever the existing blocklist ping happens.

53e0d3bab8 Bug 1146926: Allow attaching a worker to a CPOW window without invoking CPOW operations. r=gabor 
By sending the CPOW to the child processes the one that owns it will create the
child worker and then send back the url of the window to set up the parent
side of the worker.

There are two breaking changes here. Workers invoked in this way no longer
attach synchronously. We no longer pass the window through the attach event.

25404c599e Bug 1146926: Allow sending CPOWs from parent to child processes. r=gabor 
Defines an emitCPOW(event, arguments, cpows) to send a dictionary of CPOW
objects to a child process or frame. The only process that will receive the
event is the one that owns all of the CPOWs sent. The CPOW dictionary will be
appended to the arguments emitted from the port.

Also gets rid of some of the redundancy in message handling so we can more
easily change the protocol in the future.

610674c3bb Bug 1129662: sdk/page-worker should use a remote page. r=krizsa 
This makes page-worker load its pages in the remote process. It does so by
creating a single frame in the hidden window used to ensure we have a remote
process when necessary and then a module in the remote process is used to
create windowless browsers to load the pages.

This does break one API, getActiveView, but I don't think we should be
maintaining that and it has been unstable since its inception anyway.

Once downside, the l10n module now has to use the observer service to detect
documents rather than the DOM event, this might be causing more CPOW traffic
since that observer notification is shimmed so we may need to use the shim
waiver there.

efe328f1b2 Bug 912121 - Rewrite require / import to match source tree. rs=devtools 
In a following patch, all DevTools moz.build files will use DevToolsModules to
install JS modules at a path that corresponds directly to their source tree
location.  Here we rewrite all require and import calls to match the new
location that these files are installed to.
