fd364d3d77 Bug 483721 - Add support for toggling strict+error mode to xpcshell, for use within xpcshell tests for detecting typos and such. Hopefully we can make strict+error opt-out eventually, but for now it's opt-in as existing tests don't work correctly with it. r=jwalden
