0f3b361824 Bug 1222783 - Make nsHTMLFramesetFrame::Reflow set firstTime based on what firstTime means. r=roc 
I confirmed locally that the new crashtest crashes in the harness
without the patch, and passes in the harness with the patch.

b3e5df1df4 Bug 1176968 part 1: Refactor media-query parsing logic to use nsDependentString, to better allow for multiple consecutive prefixes. r=heycam 
(This will make it easier to parse e.g. "-webkit-max-*" or "-webkit-min-*", with 2 consecutive prefixes, in a media query expression.)
