399b0b18f5 Bug 1192315 - Support remainder arguments from predefined parsers in mach, r=gps 
Mach has special handling for remainder arguments which previously
only worked with the decoration form. Extend this to also work when

b1576e7399 Bug 1191961 - Ensure scrollframes are activated similarly in test and reference pages. r=kip 
With APZ enabled, these tests activate scrollframes (by scrolling them) in the
test pages but not the reference pages. This causes differences in layerization
which causes reftests to fail by a few pixel differences in the scrollbars. By
making the scrollboxes will-change:scroll-position both the test and reference
pages have activated scrollframes, and so the layerization is the same in both.

4f8b38c03b Bug 1190502 - RESOLVE_DISABLE_IPV4 returns A records r=mcmanus 
nsHostResolver::ThreadFunc should not override addressFamily with PR_AF_UNSPEC
for IPv6 since GetAddrInfo.cpp::GetAddrInfo() can handle PR_AF_INET6.
_GetAddrInfo_Portable does this before calling PR_GetAddrInfoByName and
creates the AddrInfo with a disableIPv4 flag if necessary.
