This API produces much more readable code (though slightly more verbose). While this is not a publicly documented API on macOS, it is used by both WebKit and Chrome.

Supports creating a windowless browser on Linux without an X server. Most of the
changes are just adding branches to avoid calls in to GTK which calls
into X. Some of the bigger additions were adding a separate headless widget
which implements just enough to render a page. A headless look and
feel were also added since there are many calls into GTK in the platform
specific one.

<!-- Thank you for contributing to Servo! Please replace each `[ ]` by `[X]` when the step is complete, and replace `__` with appropriate data: -->

<!-- Either: -->
- [X] There are tests for these changes
There are a bunch of css reftests, but I am not sure how servo handles them. Let's see what happens. I guess I need to modify some metadata.

This patch includes:
- (By Yoric) Don't collect/save the session when the user is idle;r=mdeboer
- Add a test for the behavior of state writing in idle/active mode
When the user is not actively using the computer, webpages may still
perform changes that require (re)writing to sessionstore, e.g. updating
Session Cookies or DOM Session Storage, or refreshing, etc. Before
this patch, a single active page can require us to
recollect/serialize/write the entire Session Restore file every 15
seconds even when the user is not in front of the computer.
We expect that, when the user is not in front of the computer, changes
are not critical and don't need to be saved as often. We now adopt the
following strategy:
- when the user has been away for (by default) 15 seconds, finish any
pending collect/write, then increase the collect/write buffering
delay to (by default) 1h
- when the user returns, reschedule any pending 1h collect/write as a
(by default) 15 seconds collect/write, then proceed with (by
default) 15 seconds collect/write delays.

SetSampleContext() sets the TickSample's register fields, and the two callers
of SetSampleContext() set the TickSample's mContext.
This patch changes SetSampleContext() so it sets all the fields in one place.
It also renames SetSampleContext() as FillInSample(), because it sets more than
just the context.

Currently each live thread has a PseudoStack that is owned by tlsPseudoStack,
and a ThreadInfo that has a non-owning pointer to the same PseudoStack.
Then, if the profile is active when the thread dies, ownership of the
PseudoStack is transferred to the ThreadInfo.
This patch simplifies the ownership rules. Every ThreadInfo now always owns its
PseudoStack and is responsible for destroying it. tlsPseudoStack is a
non-owning pointer, and so must be cleared when a PseudoStack is destroyed.
This simplifies the code in a few places.

This improves performance because we won't try to fix the permissions of the file every time the nsIHandlerService implementation wants to open it, and makes it easier to access the file path from xpcshell tests.
