82072f534d Bug 1402233 - Add web platform tools files to taskgraph sparse profile r=mshal 
This is needed so we can import the WPT manifest parser.

Like for the reftest parser, this should only be temporary until we no
longer parse test manifests as part of Files() evaluation.

The test plugins - dom/plugins/test/testplugin - are not built on Android.
By assuming that the test plugin is not available on Android, a per-manifest
check and warning can be avoided.

cca7883fca Bug 1361476 - Change instance type for linux64-asan mochitest-devtools tests; r=ryanvm 
For the last month or so, asan mochitest-devtools tests have been running on
xlarge instances, in an experiment. Since there is no conclusive evidence that
xlarge improved results, I am putting this back the way I found it.

e3c9cbb969 Bug 1401813 - Rename Null[C]String() as Void[C]String(). r=erahm. 
XPCOM's string API doesn't have the notion of a "null string". But it does have
the notion of a "void string" (or "voided string"), and that's what these
functions are returning. So the names should reflect that.

fc16f11c89 Bug 1401737 - 1. Add a diagnostic crash; r=me 
Add a diagnostic crash for the unexpected case where
GeckoService.register() is called a second time. We know the stack for
the second call, but we want to know the stack for the first call, so we
introduce this intentional crash. r=me for trivial diagnostic patch
which will be backed out ASAP.
