db8bffd0f7 Bug 1273981 part 2: Update clang for linux hosts. r=ted 
Update clang for the built version shipping libc++. This is primarly
intended to fix Mac OSX cross builds, but for a matter of consistency,
we update it for all clang builds done in a Linux host.

We need to rebuild clang with libc++ to get compatible headers for cross
builds. libc++abi is a dependency of libc++, as the build instructions

9d6eb49985 Bug 1264231 - Part 4: add a TODO in test. r=kanru 
As requested by Jonas, we should put a note in the test in case someone
would like to re-enable this in the future.

Right now the test will trigger the mismatch loadInfo and loadContext,
because it's using System Principal to fetch sub-resources, hence its
loadInfo doesn't have the isIsolatedMozBrowser flag set.

243006e385 Bug 1291537 - Assume GMPs are unsupported when running in 32bit mode on MacOS. r=spohl 
Users may have opted into running in 32bit mode if they have certain plugins,
or manually from Finder's Info dialog.

We end up downloading the 64bit GMP and installing it when running in 32bit mode,
and it will crash.

Since we're dropping 32bit MacOS Firefox in 52, there doesn't seem to be
much point doing work to make us install the 32bit GMP on 32bit mode on
MacOS, and pushing out new 32bit GMPs. So just mark them as unsupported.
