This is so we can create the real print DrawTarget from our nsDeviceContext at the beginning of each page.
Default behaviour for other Translators is still to always use CreateSimilarDrawTarget.

dd481e414a Bug 1156742 Part 10: Allow RemotePrintJob to influence nsPagePrintTimer. r=roc 
Adds a new timer for the RemotePrintJob to notify the nsPagePrintTimer when the last page has finished printing in the parent.
Changed the page delay timer to reset the watch dog count on every page to prevent timeouts due to remote printing.

fdd98bfb6b Bug 1156742 Part 9: Add a new nsIDeviceContextSpec for proxied printing. r=roc 
This also changes aPrintToFileName parameter for BeginDocument to an nsAString& from char16_t*.
Having a char16_t* caused a pain with VS2105 where wchar_t != char16_t (as on VS2103), after it had been sent over IPDL.
This could have been worked around with casting, but this seemed like the tidier solution.

f35de7e1be Bug 1156742 Part 7: Refactor nsDeviceContext.cpp to use printing surface for size and nsIDeviceContextSpec for DPI and scale. r=roc 
These changes are to make using an off screen surface behind our DrawTarget in the child easier.
It still creates the real printing surface for some of the calculations,
removing this will be required for future tightening of the sandbox.

940fb516d4 Bug 1156742 Part 1: Change Moz2D recording, so that it can be used in isolation. r=bas 
These are mainly changes to make sure we have recorded relevant dependencies to each draw operation.
Where we can't record them on the fly like this, it makes sure the object has originated from our DrawTarget.

2b6f00954d Bug 1200169 - Making the slow add-on watcher more tolerant;r=Felipe 
Showing alerts more than once is annoying for the user and basically
useless. We therefore change a bit our strategy:

- if an add-on has behaved correctly for the last 5 minutes, reset our counter of offences;
- don't display alerts for an add-on more than once per 6 hours.

The only exception is if the add-on freezes the browser (i.e. causes
it to stop for more than 5 seconds at a time), in which case we
display the alert regardless of past offences, up to once per 10
minutes.

6d81cd6a30 Bug 1233632 - Moz2Dify GetBlurAndSpreadRadius(). r=dholbert. 
The CurrentMatrix()-to-GetTransform() change in GetBlurAndSpreadRadius() is
valid because the operations performed on the resulting |transform| only
consult the _11, _12, _21 and _22 members; not the _31 and _32 members (which
are different in gfxContext vs. DrawTarget).

3c25c690a7 Bug 1207220: Ensure MediaShutdownManager waits until all MediaDecoder have completed their shutdown. r=cpearce 
XPCOM when shutting down expects all tasks to be run synchronously. As such, we must ensure that the remaining MediaDecoder are shut down before continuing on the next task.
In particular destroying gfxPlatforms must only ever happen after, as it is possible for the MediaDecoderReader to make use of gfx resources during shutdown.
