57f94ca1d5 Bug 1849298 - Fix test_bug1451199-2.html to guarantee change events are reported. r=hiro 
This probably regressed in bug 1451717. Make whether the change event
gets fired reliable by waiting for a refresh driver tick rather than
flushing layout.

ea1452eb90 Bug 1854744 - Document::RecordShadowStyleChange doesn't need to invalidate global stylesheet state. r=jrmuizel 
Things like @font-face / @font-pallete-values etc don't look into those
stylesheets.

This prevents bugs in invalidation like bug 1854742 from triggering on
shadow root style changes like when changing AdoptedStyleSheets and so
on.

f22a62fd77 Bug 1839537: Delay destruction of nsCocoaWindow while it has a pending runnable. r=mstange 
This change does 3 things;
1) It continues the run loop in DestroyNativeWindow to keep it running as
long as we have a pending runnable to FinishCurrentTransition.
2) It generalizes the guards on running local run loops in a nested
fashion.
3) It updates the screen mask constant to a non-deprecated value.

c2dd67a3a4 Bug 1171441 use double type for end time of event r=padenot 
This retains some double precision from mDuration instead of truncating
mDuration.

Event start times are already rounded to ticks, so perhaps the end time could
be also, but that would require some care with end time out of range of
int64_t.  These uses always have a subsequent event and so the end time would
not be out of range.

Changes in rendering are expected to be minor.

7952efe638 Bug 1171441 rename AudioEventTimeline::mValue to mDefaultValue r=padenot 
mSetValue might be a more accurate name right now, but this will be the
default value when bug 1308435 is fixed.  Its purpose will be to record the
value to return when there are no events, including when events have been
removed.

49f3a76622 Bug 1854634 - cleaner casting for mutable aReflowInput in nsBlockFrame::Reflow. r=layout-reviewers,jfkthame 
This is the first patch of bug 1684236 tweaked as per review comments.
Keeps us with one source of truth for reflowInput.

This could be cleaned up in the future if we manage to remove that
printing hack or what not.

154c1ac997 Bug 1852093 - Change 'allowUpdatesForUnelevatedInstallations' to use setPref, r=bytesized 
and rename it to 'enableUpdatesForUnelevatedInstallations'.

Rationale: `defaultPref` worked in testing because the pref was manually
toggled. But in the wild, the Nimbus feature *did not* set the
preference, and therefore the background update task did not witness the
changed preference.  This meant the background update task was
_scheduled_ but, when run, immediately exited with
`SERVICE_REGISTRY_KEY_MISSING` because the pref was not set in the
background update task profile.

261fd5a578 Bug 1850815 - Make cs_border_solid's vColorLine highp. r=gfx-reviewers,bradwerth 
This varying's precision being reduced to mediump in bug bug 1823411
is causing rendering glitches on certain Mali devices. It should never
have been reduced in the first place, as calculations regarding
positions may require the extra precision. This patch therefore
reverts it to highp.
