Bug #45226 --> fix security hole in keywords by only allowing keyword searches if the url was an http (or https) url.

Currently other urls (like imap, news, ftp, etc) would end up getting sent to the keyword server if we weren't able to
connect to the host specified in the url.

1. Fixed ResolvePathAndSpec - if directories did not exist, the vRefNum and dirID were getting zeroed out. If the path was relative this was wrong.
2. Fixed MoveCopy - If nsnull was passed as newName, which is valid, new name was uninitialized garbage.
