5e8f0b027e Bug 1305444 - Move telemetry assignment, remove variable use; r=Yoric 
We have an unused "telemetry" variable. Use this variable and move
the telemetry assignment to immediately after the operation it is
recording.

While I was here, I also cleaned up the timing variables. I eliminated
the end time variable and moved the declaration of the start time
variable so its scope is shorter.

8ec8a9d052 Bug 1305007 - RTL: set dir attr. when loading devtools HTML document;r=bgrins 
Toolbox sets the dir attribute on a panel document element when loading a panel,
if the panel is using a HTML document.

Using the ForceRTL addon, the dir attribute should be automatically updated whenever
the direction is changed by the addon.

c5cac1582b bug 1204171 - make mai_util_add_key_event_listener return the correct listener id r=davidb 
The listener id is postincremented as a subexpression of being inserted into
the hash table.  That means the key inserted into the table is 1 less than the
value returned from the function.  Which means that later attempts to remove
the returned id will fail because that hash table knows about a different id.

f5797cb124 Bug 1239690 - Add vorbis.acm version 0.0.3.6 to the DLL blocklist. r=aklotz 
Vorbis.acm seems to be somehow injecting itself into our process, and also the
Flash process, and intercepting the system audio APIs. Version 0.0.3.6 seems to
be crashing, and it's an obsolete version, so we should block it to stop it
crashing us.

a46a97380c Bug 1147548 - Update hg fingerprint in merge day scripts; r=Callek 
These are the only 2 definitions of the hg.mozilla.org certificate
fingerprint in mozilla-central. The certificate changed on
2016-09-26. So update the fingerprints.

This /might/ be a cargo cult because automation should be pinning
the hg.mozilla.org certificate everywhere. An alternative to this
commit would be to remove the fingerprint pinning from these
scripts. But if these scripts are run by humans, we may want to keep
the pinning in.
