In this test, it was possible for browser2 to finish loading _before_ the
BrowserTestUtils.browserLoaded function we were awaiting on for browser1 had
yielded back to the test, meaning that by the time we got to run
BrowserTestUtils.browserLoaded(browser2), the browser was already done loading,
and browserLoaded would be waiting for a page load that would never occur.

The third param of 'getTabsFragment' and 'getWindowsFragment' toggles whether the 'restore all' item
gets prefixed (true) or suffixed (false). The prefixed version doesn't get a separator, so this
seems like the simplest fix.

In Bug 1403065, we introduce a server fix for that as well as some tests.
But they are testing specific server functions. Adding a test on the client
side will prevent any regression if we end up using other server methods.

Some pages might use neither a default submit element nor rely on implicit submission and instead implement their form handling with JS key event listeners.
On Android, most IMEs won't allow sending an "Enter" key press if we're using an actionHint of "next" as our default, so we now use "go"/"search" for the last single line text/number input that is not disabled.
