b045abf032 Bug 1421242 - Fix netmonitor SEND_CUSTOM_REQUEST reducer; r=Honza. 
The reducer code was still trying to use Immutable.Record.get, although
we switched the state to a native js object. This was throwing an error.

Adding assertion to the existing tests that was failing without the fix.

be8bcaf0c1 Bug 1419826 - [mozlog] Implement StructuredLogger.shutdown(), r=jgraham 
Calling shutdown() causes two things to happen:

1) A 'shutdown' action is implicitly logged so handlers/formatters
   can do things on log shutdown.
2) Further attempts to use the logger raises a LoggerShutdownError.

The shutdown() method is also implicitly called when exiting the context
manager.

c5a31b73d7 Bug 1420165 - Enforce objective-c/c++ language type when compiling .m/mm files. r=ted 
This work around is required when using icecream distributed compilers. Icecream doesn't pass the original filename that would allow the remote clang to automatically determine the language type.

32c6e1fae4 Bug 1415783 - Flush pending style, layout and paint and wait for a MozAfterPaint before waiting for MozAfterPaint for OMT animation. r=birtles 
With the conformant Promise handling (bug 1193394), there happen to receive
unexpected MozAfterPaint while waiting for MozAfterPaint for OMT animation.
The safest way to avoid this confusion is to start test refresh mode and
flush all pending styles (layout and paint) there so that the unexpected
MozAfterPaint is absorbed there.
