The default app theme will be applied for the material Date/Time pickers on

In the Pocket dropdown, the Tag input field has an auto-complete. In the case
that the user is enrolled in a A/B experiment, a "Send to Phone" section will
be added to the panel. The tag auto-complete field, when active, appears
behind the experiment section.

Advanced layers was calculating incorrect visible regions for
container layers with intermediate surfaces, as it was not taking
async transform animations in to account. Rather than recursing the
depth of the tree for each layer to calculate this in
OnPrepareToRender, do a single pre-pass at the start of the frame.

On macOS, access keys are not visually observable.
On Linux and Windows, access keys are underlined.
Moreover, if intl.menuitems.alwaysappendaccesskeys is set, the access
key is always appended as "(X)", optionally preceded by a space, where X
is the uppercased version of the access key.
This commit updates the logic to not append a new "(X)" if this expected
suffix is already present at the end of the label.

The fix in bug 1418793 accidentally removed the onCloseWindow call, which
meant we were setting `.enabled` on taskbar window objects whose windows
were already dead, which was causing crashes.
I've reverted the removal, and also added some nullchecking, because the
C++ component shouldn't make it this easy for consumers to cause crashes.

nsAutoCopyListener is a singleton class but refcountable and a selection
listener. nsFrameSelection adds it to only normal Selection when it's on
macOS or it's enabled by the pref. Additionally, it's always first selection
listener since it's added immediately after Selection instance is created.
So, we can make it a static class, and normal Selection instance should have
a bool to decide whether it should notify nsAutoCopyListener of its changes.
Then, we can save the cost of grabbing it with local RefPtr and the virtual
call.
Additionally, this patch renames nsAutoCopyListener to mozilla::AutoCopyListener
and optimizes constructor of nsFrameSelection (using bool var cache to retrieve
the pref, avoid retrieving the pref on macOS).

This adds a simple empty box that is displayed when we're still loading an icon
but are no longer showing the throbber. Ideally I'd like to keep showing the
throbber and maintain the busy state but that seems more risky for now.
