ea914b4555 Fix invalidation regression when scrolling. When we bit-blit, we need to 
make copies of existing dirty regions, offset them by the scroll amount, and

21d4b2141a Bug 236613: change to MPL/LGPL/GPL tri-license. This checkin does not actually change any licenses, but makes indentation and comment-formatting fixes so that the relicensing script is able to parse all the license blocks in the js/ directory.
