2cdeaad3ed Bug 1230672 part 2 - Add reftest with -moz-column-fill:auto and overflow:hidden. 
Relanded with fuzzy-if(OSX,32,1000) to ignore anti-aliasing differences
on OSX 10.10.

591eb6df76 Bug 1232799 - Remove KEY_PLUGIN_TRIAL_CREATE pref from GMPProvider and friends. r=spohl 
The GMPVideoDecoderTrialCreator was removed from Gecko in bug 1232527, and so
we don't need to set/reset this pref in the GMPProvider any more.

a4dc4a929c Bug 1232576 (part 2) - Rename gfxContext::GetCairo() as GetRefCairo() and make it static. r=jfkthame. 
This means its callers now need a DrawTarget instead of a gfxContext.

966cf53003 Bug 1232527 - Call into WMF PDM to determine if WMF can decode instead of using GMPVideoDecoderTrialCreator. r=jwwang 
Resurrect WMFDecoderModule::HasAAC() and HasH264(), and use those in
MediaKeySystemAccess.cpp to figure out whether we gmp-clearkey can decode,
rather than assuming Vista and later is always able to decode, as that's not
a valid assumption; Vista may not have the required Platfor Update installed,
or we may be on Windows N or KN without the Media Feature Pack.
