This had the added benefit of reusing the OverlayDialogButton for the send tab
item rows instead of having a simple implementation, as it was before.

58dcb2d2eb Bug 1130203 - Remove header container in share overlay & roughly style text. r=mhaigh 
Removing the header container also has the benefit of improving performance by
flattening the View hierarchy. Note that this patch also improves performance
by switching the outermost container from a RelativeLayout to a FrameLayout.

Final text styling is awaiting UX mocks.

The behavior is now consistent with the JavaScript implementation.

dafc974981 Bug 1127445 - Add functionality to reading list button in the toolbar menu. r=margaret 
This functionality includes adding and removing items from the reading list.
This patch largely mimics the code of the already-functional bookmarks menu
item.

Note: the reader mode "add to reading list" button has inconsistent behavior
with the "add to reading list" button just added. I believe this is because
LocalReadingListAccessor distinguishes between reader and non-reader urls while
the JS implmentation does not.

b517591ada Bug 1137586 - Use different computed version codes for split APKs. r=nalexander 
Different APKs with the same version code cannot be uploaded to Google Play.

We want the later API range version to win, just by default.

We need x86 to beat ARMv7 even at a higher API range, because we don't ever want to deliver an ARM APK to an x86 device with an emulation layer.

So this patch does the following:

* Add the MIN_SDK_VERSION to the version code. That'll give us a gap of 2.
* Additionally increment the 9-23 x86 version by 3, so that the 9-23 x86 APK has a higher version code than the 11-23 ARMv7.
* Eliminate the ARMv6 logic.

colors.xml and highlight_orange was manually deleted from search_colors.xml.

Note that there are still two uses of #B3FF9500 in the code as opposed to
fennec_ui_orange of #FF9500.

This patch does several things, all in one commit because of a schema update:

* Uses _id instead of guid when referring to reading list items, allowing the guid column to be null.
* Reworks schema upgrading.
* Completely revises the reading list schema itself.
* Fixes the tests.
* Cleans up how we do deletion: if an item hasn't yet been synced, it's simply deleted immediately. We can do this because the server allocates GUIDs.
* Adds columns to manage sync-related metadata.

f3aaef13fa Bug 1093242 - Produce and upload geckolibs artifacts for Android API v11+ opt builds. r=gps 
The Android ARchive contains the compiled Gecko libraries that Firefox
for Android interfaces to.  It does not contain the Gecko resources
(the omnijar, omni.ja) nor the compiled Java code (classes.dex).

This also uploads metadata and sha1 hashes for future consumption by
Maven and/or Ivy dependency managers.  In some brave future world,
we'll work out exactly what that looks like; for now, this solves a
storage problem (each .aar file is ~20MB) and it's possible to point
Gradle directly at the uploaded Ivy metadata and artifacts.

Sometimes it's convenient to want to do an UPDATE query like:

  UPDATE foo
  SET bar = bar | 5

or similar -- that is, refer to existing values in the SET expression.

This patch allows that, accepting an array of ContentValues and an array of
operations as input. A single UPDATE will be constructed from the entire input.

This does not always work in the case that one of the last few tabs (to the
right) are selected and the device is rotated from landscape to portrait.
Filed bug 1134408 to track this.
