bb1cc46dff Bug 1136827 - Stop synchronously dispatching MediaDecoder::DecodeError from MDSM::DecodeError. r=mattwoodrow 
MediaDecoder::DecodeError invokes MediaDecoder::Shutdown, which shuts down the
state machine. Given the sync dispatch, this means that this is basically already
what's happening.

3faad06490 Bug 1082837 - Call content policies on cached image redirects in imgLoader::ValidateSecurityInfo. Content policies check the last hop (final uri) of the cached image.
