f80ffdab06 Bug 1378816 - Use a reasonable browser timeout in sessionrestore talos test; r=ahal 
An inappropriately-long timeout was used for this test previously,
resulting in errors like "Automation Error: mozprocess timed out after
3600 seconds running..." when the browser hung. With this patch, browser
hangs during the sessionrestore test will be reported as a crash:
"PROCESS-CRASH | sessionrestore | application crashed ..."

a7e99ae521 Bug 1378387 - use dependent strings in the url-classifier where possible; r=gcp 
Doing this makes various operations more efficient, as we don't have to
allocate, copy strings, and deallocate needlessly.  The remaining
instances of nsCString temporaries are in logging code, which didn't
seem worthwhile to deal with here.

6447359f2a Bug 1378443 - add missing argument to forget_add_remove_files; r=rillian,f=jdm 
Leaving off this argument makes `mach vendor rust` with large files fall
over with a Python error.  While the user still gets a semi-useful error
message prior to this failing, it would be better to not fail here at all.

39de30297b Bug 1378308 - nsHttpChannel::GetAlternativeDataType returns alt-data type when delivering data from network, r=valentin 
When racing cache with network and the network wins, we don't reset mAvailableCachedAltDataType. So when the cache entry has been opened and has alt-data then nsHttpChannel::GetAlternativeDataType returns alt-data type, but we're delivering raw response (no conversion are applied) from the network.
