020f0e804c Bug 1320991 - Support --with-system-{nss,nspr} in modules/libmar; r=glandium 
The problem with the modules/libmar/tests/moz.build file when building
--with-system-nspr and --with-system-nss is that the nss libraries don't
exist in the tree, so they fail when trying to copy into the test
directory.

However, it turns out that the libraries copied into the test directory
aren't even used when building with an in-tree copy, because the
xpcshell launcher sets LD_LIBRARY_PATH to point to dist/bin. Since we
use the dist/bin copies anyway for an in-tree build, we can stop copying
them into the test directory and simultaneously fix the --with-system
build.

The DEFINES can also go away since this directory doesn't actually build
anything.

e82d29b96e Bug 1317774 - Add gfx code needed to use WebRender in gecko. r=gfx 
The overall architecture here is that we add a new layers type, LAYERS_WR,
which can be used in place of client layers. The WebRenderLayerManager, in
the EndTransaction call, paints content into images and ships them over the
PWebRenderBridge to the compositor thread. The WebRenderBridgeParent code on
the compositor side talks to WebRender via the API in webrender.h.

55e3c801ba Bug 1271549 - Remove details and summary preference. r=bz 
Bug 1259889 Part 2 [1] cannot be reverted cleanly, so I manually undo those
changes in this patch. That is, remove the ability for html.css to
invalidate dynamically since it was added specifically for details element.

Although reftest-stylo.list explicit mentions "DO NOT EDIT!", but I still
remove details pref from the file, since it doesn't harm to edit it anyway.

This patch removes support for mozapp iframes, leaving support for
mozbrowser iframes intact.  Some of the code has been rewritten in order
to phrase things in terms of mozbrowser only, as opposed to mozbrowser
or app.  In some places, code that was only useful with apps has been
completely removed, so that the APIs consumed can also be removed.  In
some places where the notion of appId was bleeding out of this API, now
we use NO_APP_ID.  Other notions of appId which were restricted to this
API have been removed.
