Ideally this would live in gfx/2d/MacIOSurface.cpp, but we don't have access to the
YCbCr conversion utilities in Moz2D.

5624c77753 Bug 1241416 - Create a tier for things happening before export. r=gps 
While it would be possible to move those things in the export tier, it
is still interesting to have reporting for them separately, especially
considering I expect things to gradually move from the other tiers to
this new one.

While not entirely obvious, the recurse_pre-export target doesn't imply
actual recursion as long as the RecursiveMake backend doesn't emit
traversal information for it, so nothing will actually happen on this
target, but the interesting part is that it runs, per the generic
config/recurse.mk rules for tiers, between BUILDSTATUS TIER_START and
BUILDSTATUS TIER_FINISH, so that all its dependencies are accounted
as being part of the pre-export tier.

ea76aa712a Bug 1241398 - Add a dry-run mode to mach build-backend. r=gps 
When doing build system changes affecting backend-generated files, I
often use `mach build-backend --diff`. But most of the time I end up
wanting to look at the full diff again when doing further changes, which
leads me to stash my changes away, run `mach build-backend` to get the
initial state again, unstash and rerun `mach build-backend --diff`.

This has been a time drain for long enough :)

cbb6270957 Bug 1241398 - Don't purge install manifests from the recursive make backend. r=gps 
The code doing this was added before we had install manifests, back when
they were purge manifests, and before we tracked all files created by
the backend. Nowadays, if an install manifest is removed, it will be
removed in BuildBackend.consume.

In fact, purging the install manifests in the backend itself breaks the
deleted files count displayed after reticunating splines.

9f632b6e53 Bug 1238427 - Avoid a strong reference from the timeout timer to nsGeolocationRequest. r=jdm 
The timeout timer of a geolocation request holds a strong reference to
the request. This can cause the window to leak if the request is not
completed before the tab containing the window is closed.

To fix this, I made the timer instead hold a strong reference to a
wrapper class that has only a weak reference to the request. The
request destructor must now cancel the timeout timer.

I also outlined a call to StopTimeoutTimer() in
nsGeolocationRequest::Shutdown().
