ed2a7f5f65 Sync'd various Makefile.ins to their Makefile counterparts. 
Removed nspr & nspr20 from REQUIRES.  Removed NSPR_LDFLAGS.
Changed LIBNSPR refs to NSPR_LIBS.

ad3ce75efb incremental reflow only does pass1 reflow on new frames when necessary 
fixed some rotting bits in table frame classes having to do with breaking tables

e220aee18d all containers now decend from nsHTMLContainerFrame 
all "unknown frame" incremental reflow support methods now
replaced with nsHTMLContainerFrame::AddFrame and ::RemoveFrame
