16d789ac62 1) Enables the PageSeq frame to specify the "gap" of gray space around 
it in Print Preview
2) It now positions the page in the window with the gray "gap" showing.
3) factors out code for calc'ing the number of pages
4) Adds the methods to get the number of page while in PP

c0d95a0fd1 Added error reporting mechanism, and called it in quite a few places. Also 
eliminated use of multiple SOAP encoding URIs, and now only rely on the 1.2
with aliasing that can output 1.1.

SOAP is not part of default build.

d31441526b Fixes bug 122523. Avoid stat call when opening file. r=dp@netscape.com, sr=dveditz@netscape.com. This is the second attempt to land this patch. c2620c0df7 Bug 114748: now that NSS uses the same LIB_PREFIX as the Mozilla client, 
removed the obsolete NSS_LIB_PREFIX. r=cls.  The patch was originally

1e4fdc710e Fixed IDL files to not use mozilla-specific types where possible. 
Also identified and entered a placeholder solution for variants not being
able to represent an empty array.  also made primenumber test use
verifyheader.

78b44916a0 Add support for MathML styling attributes (e.g., color, fontsize, etc) by creating an internal attribute stylesheet on the fly, and populating it by mapping attributes to CSS rules as frames get created. This is a work-around to bug 69409 which is is not scheduled to be addressed by the Gecko team anytime soon.
