4a8a6a844e Bug 1239210 - Don't process WebIDL files when not compiling; r=glandium 
The output of WebIDL codegen is a bunch of .h and .cpp files. These
aren't relevant when not compiling.

This change appears to shave ~3-4s off the "export" tier time for
--disable-compile-environment builds on my i7-6700K because WebIDL
codegen is currently a long pole in that tier. After this patch,
artifact clobber builds are ~43.5s.

158e08c29b Bug 1230355 - Remove include_deps. r=mshal

df330eaf5c Bug 1229176 - make check for ChromeOnly interfaces for header inclusion more complete; r=bz 
If an interface has a {Chrome,}Constructor(), it doesn't show up as a
normal member.  If the interface has a ChromeConstructor, we need to
include nsContentUtils.h in the generated file for a
ThreadsafeIsCallerChrome check.  There is an existing check for a
descriptor's ChromeOnly-ness in CGBindingRoot; this check is used to
determine whether nsContentUtils.h is included in the generated file.
But the check in descriptorHasChromeOnly doesn't detect this
(ChromeOnly) constructor, and so nsContentUtils.h won't be included if
there are no other ChromeOnly members, or if the interface itself is not
ChromeOnly.

Therefore, we need to take the constructor of the interface (if any)
into account when checking for ChromeOnly-ness.

71b052b436 Bug 1224007 part 6. Change MaybeSetPendingException to set the ErrorResult state to "not failed", just like SuppressException and StealNSResult already do, and assert in the destructor that the ErrorResult is not Failed(). 
This is not quite as strong as being able to assert that all codepaths that might
lead to failure call one of the above methods, but being able to assert that
would involve a lot of extra noise at callsites.  Or at least changing the
signature of StealNSResult to use an outparam and return a boolean indicating
whether the ErrorResult was failure or not, or something, so StealNSResult
can be usefully called on successful ErrorResults too.

1bcd4d95d4 Bug 1225588 - Expose DominatorTree to JavaScript; r=sfink,bz 
This commit adds the DominatorTree.webidl interface, which is only exposed to
chrome JS. The interface is implemented by mozilla::devtools::DominatorTree,
which is a thin wrapper around JS::ubi::DominatorTree. This does not expose any
methods on the DominatorTree interface, those will come as follow up changesets.

The patch removes 455 occurrences of FAIL_ON_WARNINGS from moz.build files, and
adds 78 instances of ALLOW_COMPILER_WARNINGS. About half of those 78 are in
code we control and which should be removable with a little effort.

Refactor creation and show dispatch so Notification constructor and showNotification can use it.
Move persistence to ShowInternal.
NotificationStorage calls callback async even when fetching from cache, simply to have similar semantics.
Calls to Notification::Get() are performed async since persistence is now async after being moved to ShowInternal().
Both are in accordance with the spec where the "append to list of notifications" operation is performed in the "show steps" which are performed in parallel from API invocations.

3e949ee8fe Bug 1176642 - Use absolute_import in mach_commands.py files; r=glandium 
This removes ambiguity as to which modules are being imported, making
import slightly faster as Python doesn't need to test so many
directories for file presence.

All files should already be using absolute imports because mach command
modules aren't imported to the package they belong to: they instead
belong to the "mach" package. So relative imports shouldn't have been
used.

7df5ce7b58 Bug 1114554 - Patch 2 - ServiceWorkerRegistration.showNotification(). r=wchen,baku 
Refactor creation and show dispatch so Notification constructor and showNotification can use it.
Move persistence to ShowInternal.
NotificationStorage calls callback async even when fetching from cache, simply to have similar semantics.
Calls to Notification::Get() are performed async since persistence is now async after being moved to ShowInternal().
Both are in accordance with the spec where the "append to list of notifications" operation is performed in the "show steps" which are performed in parallel from API invocations.

09be7723cb Bug 1173829. Fix some compile issues in code generated by bindings codegen for non-concrete interfaces. r=peterv 
Specifically, two issues:

1)  We didn't include the implementation header for a non-concrete empty
interface.  But if it has a parent we assert it's refcounted if and only if the
parent is refcounted, so need to see the class declaration.

2)  We were getting the parent proto in all cases in CreateInterfaceObjects.
But parent may not have a proto at all if it has no concrete descendants.  So
this patch switches to getting the parent proto only if we have a proto ourselves.
