6e8f78d355 Merge the microsummary picker with the Name field in the add bookmark and bookmark properties dialog, hiding the picker if no microsummaries are available.

8af800d7da Bug 340677 - update preferences panels (add anti-phishing, rationalize categories, simplify wording). This patch is the first, preliminary patch which adds (hopefully) all the strings which will be needed, while simultaneously removing none of the existing strings.
