f14a42b26d Bug 117707. Disabling most of the prefs in Edit>Prefs>Advanced>Scripts/Windows was causing real JS scripts to break because it used CAPS. d2229cbf68 - Implement the :checked CSS pseudoclass which maps to the "selected" property on option elements. 
- Eliminate the _moz-option-selected attribute; move the actual selected state into the option content node.
- Change all users of _moz-option-selected to use :checked.
- Add a third parameter to nsIDocument[Observer]::ContentStatesChanged to indicate which pseudoclass changed, this is used for optimizing handling of :checked state changes.

6cf1d33b09 Initial checkin of XBL select widget (listbox) code (bug 112713). 
Summary of changes:
- Removed old XBL form control cruft.
- Made nsOutlinerContentView accessible from content scripts.
- Created a new interface, nsIDOMNSXBLFormControl which exists to allow a
select element to have an outliner box object.
- Factored out nsChildIterator into its own file.
- Added support to the outliner content view for having option elements
directly inserted in the outliner.
- Cleaned up pixel/twip conversions in outliner.
- Added support for intrinsic width for outliner.

default.

9a358b6df4 Fix for bug 81253. We now sniff upto the first 2k of the first buffer of any HTML stream, looking for a META tag with charset information. If charset information is found, we use it for unicode conversion. This deals with the bulk of cases where we used to do a reload based on charset information in the document. In the worst case (if charset information exists but isn't found during sniffing) we fall back to the reload case. This fix improves initial page load performance for pages with a charset. 6f138c7969 Fixing crasher bug 73331. When cleaning up incorrect content in the HTML content sink we ended up creating frames for content that was about to be taken out of the document shortly after only to be inserted into the document again at a different place, this caused frame construction to happen for the new content that was about to be moved. So we created frames for no good reason and the frames we created got distroyed immediately after they've been created. 62e88d8c15 Fixing bugs 64523, 50018, 57626, 59024, 61413 and probably others, making the document and form JS engine resolve hooks find what they're supposed to find, and nothing more, making the element-by-name and element-by-id lookup in the document be hashtable based to avoid walking the whole DOM tree over and over again when resolving names on the document object and also on form objects. This is an order of magnitude speedup for pages that contain a large number of form controls, such as hotmail and aol mail.
