fe7914e2c9 Make CSSStyleRuleImpl immutable by changing mutation code (including some merging of code between nsDOMCSSAttributeDeclaration and DOMCSSDeclarationImpl) so that it creates a new rule for the modified declaration. Change StyleRuleChanged notification signatures, and change pres shell's handling of style rule change, addition, and removal to just do reresolution. Remove fine-grained ways of clearing style data. 8dc3ad3076 Fixes for a number of focus problems: 
Bug 201996 (caret blinking in field, but can't type)
Bug 200735 (window is raised when opening link in a new tab)
Bug 203117 (unable to scroll view source window with keyboard)
Bug 194104 (focus is in last tab when opening new window with tabgroup)

Summary of the changes:
- Don't require a frame to be present for focus events.  This allows events like activate and deactivate to correctly update the focus controller even if the document hasn't been reflowed.
- General cleanup and adding of comments in nsEventStateManager::PreHandleEvent.  We now also reuse the event struct when firing focus/blur events to the content, document, and window.
- In nsHTMLElement::SetFocus() and Select(), make sure to set the focused window as well as the focused element, if the focus controller is inactive.
- Fixed handling of certain conditions in PresShell::CheckForFocus() where the results would be different depending on whether the parent or child document unsuppressed painting first.
- General cleanup in PresShell::HandleEvent() and HandleEventInternal().

96f30a0c40 Improve logic for focusing the DOM window on page loads to deal with the 
document of a previously focused iframe still being present.  Fixes bug

fe53f95e60 Make the CSSLoader correctly order stylesheets as they are dynamically added 
and removed via the DOM.  Clean up the nsIDocument stylesheet accessors.  Clean
up nsIDocumentObserver stylesheet stuff a bit.  Make style sheets visible in
the CSSOM (though not completely accessible) from the moment the load is kicked
off.  Make us have sheet objects that can be manipulated via CSSOM even for

bdfd051dfb Fix for bug 124990, Add additional processing loop for DOM event listeners to allow browser level handlers to be fired after content based listeners. r:saari, sr:jst 
Browser based listeners can now registers themselves using the AddGroupedEventListener and passing the system event group (which can be gotten via the nsIDOMEventReceiver interface).  These listeners will now fire after all content based listeners have processed.
In this initial version of the checkin most browser listeners are still left in the original content group for stability purposes.

d2229cbf68 - Implement the :checked CSS pseudoclass which maps to the "selected" property on option elements. 
- Eliminate the _moz-option-selected attribute; move the actual selected state into the option content node.
- Change all users of _moz-option-selected to use :checked.
- Add a third parameter to nsIDocument[Observer]::ContentStatesChanged to indicate which pseudoclass changed, this is used for optimizing handling of :checked state changes.

  - Added new utility method GetOriginToViewOffset().

  - Modified nsPresShell::HandleEvent(), nsBoxFrame::GetFrameForPoint(),
    and nsContainerFrame::GetFrameForPointUsing() to factor in the
    offset from GetOriginToViewOffset() to insure that the point
    used is always transformed into the correct coordinate system.

4966d85f91 Fixes for printing bugs 84017 and 89151. The fix for bug 84017 removes the need for a resize reflow to get form frame values to print. The restoration of these values into the new frame model is done as part of the initial reflow. 5496fd604a Remove attempted workaround for CantRenderReplacedElement crash that didn't fix the crash (which is now fixed the right way). 
Clean up the FrameManager a bit, mainly by moving the destruction of the frame tree into the |Destroy| method rather than doing it in the destructor.  This would make it safer to convert nsIFrameManager to IDL and use the frame manager from JS.  It also reduces the risk of leaks caused by having something owned by a frame own the frame manager.  Breaking cycles in a destructor can be risky because the objects entrained by the cycle could include the object whose destructor would break the cycle.
