719dd00688 Bug 1515432 - Manually remove remaining windows version 10.0.15063 clauses. r=jmaher 
This removes some redundant files entirely, and drops a slew of
conditions made redundant by the test being complete disabled. In the
remaining cases, the clauses filtering on Windows 10.0.15063 are dropped
since we aren't running on that Windows version any more.

33f3028e59 Bug 1228678 - Remove leading/trailing whitespace in wpt pref values, also strip whitespace in prefs when used r=jgraham 
The spaces are significant, so ' false' evaluates as truthy instead of false. This patch removes the whitespaces from the prefs defined in-tree, and also makes it so wpt strips whitespace from pref values before it uses them to hopefully avoid unexpected behavior.

94e682547d Bug 1520722 Part 1 - Remove NS_BLOCK_NEEDS_BIDI_RESOLUTION flag from ColumnSpanWrapperFrame. r=dbaron 
Calling nsBlockFrame::ResolveBidi() on ColumnSpanWrapperFrame may cause
nsColumnSetFrame's non-fluid continuations being converted into fluid
ones in JoinInlineAncestors().

Since ColumnSpanWrapperFrame can only have nsColumnSetFrame and
column-span wrappers kids, no need to perform bidi resolution. This
doesn't affect column contents because they'll inherit "unicode-bidi"
from ColumnSetWrapperFrame in ua.css.

24f636a92f Bug 1516739 - Stop reparenting absolute/fixed positioned blocks when constructing multicol container. r=dbaron 
The crash happens when we try to reparent the absolute/fixed
positioned children to the non-column-span wrapper's absolute list.

When constructing the multicol container, we want it to be the
absolute/fixed position container, not the moz-column-content anonymous
blocks. Hence the modification in AppendFramesToParent() and
ConstructBlock().

Delete AdjustAbsoluteContainingBlock() because we'd like to reparent
absolute/fixed children to non-first continuation of block descendant of
multicol. And it doesn't crash anymore today.

a3916a4e4e Bug 1520344 - Store last scroll anchor position in writing-mode relative coordinates. r=dholbert 
This commit changes ScrollAnchorContainer to store the offset between the scroll anchoring
bounding rect start edge and the scroll-port start edge in the block axis of the scroll frame.

The logic to clamp the negative portions of scroll anchor bounding rect is also amended
to only clamp the portion that is beyond the border start edge in the block axis of the
scroll frame.
