slamm	1bb49d3aae	Add show/hide column buttons. Overload XmNvisibleColumns to set the actual number of visible columns when XmRESIZE_IF_POSIBLE is set. Previously, XmNvisibleColumns was used to request a width equal to an average column width times the number given.
