6b3e8ade1b Bug 940707 - Get more accurate latency numbers when using OpenSL. r=sotaro,kinetik 
This dlopen libmedia.so, fetches some symbols and use that to determine the
output latency of the stream.

This also includes some fixes to get the minimal latency on Android 4.0.4, and
makes the latency a bit better.

54f5b5ae26 Bug 899050, 900380 - Update cubeb. r=kinetik 
Update cubeb to pick up three WASAPI fixes:
- This fixes the resampling path when playing on a surround setup
- Also fixes mono playback on a surround setup.
- Fix a weird crash where the struct we get out of GetMixFormat was not of the
  right type.
