Array.filter was given the wrong information, so we were only adding
existing name, instead of adding new ones.
This is not critical, as this is only useful to better find when issues
are fixed, that's why I'm fixing it in a fly-by here.

36ec5a3a5c Bug 1302004 - go back to relying on the asciiHost instead of the input when determining whether to show an info bar, as it more reliably corresponds to the host only in expressions like 123/2, r=jaws 
The patch uses a combination of IPv4 detection and the existing regexp check, for reasons outlined in the patch. The network-level normalization for URIs catches some of the numbers-only IP requests, but not all of them.

76862dadad Bug 1299453 - Stop using createEvent("DragEvents"/"KeyEvents") internally; r=smaug 
They are non-standard aliases for "DragEvent" and "KeyboardEvent" that
are not supported by any other UA, and we would like to drop support.
So first let's stop using them ourselves, so we can use telemetry to see
if any sites are using them.

Adds a tabspecific attribute to the edit bookmarks panel and the Pocket subview panel to signal that these popups should close when the user navigates away from the tab. It also specifies that the localized keyboard short cut for closing a  window should close the edit bookmarks panel and the tab by adding a general function to check whether a certain <key> has been pressed. Adds tests for both closing specific tabs and checking keys.
