4a34413551 Bug 1355570 - Simplify nsCSSRenderingGradients r=mattwoodrow 
In nsCSSRenderingGradients the logic for handling many error conditions
and normalizing the gradient stops is shared between the paint path and
the WebRender path. WebRender now normalizes gradients and handles any
error conditions that it needs to. There are some conditions that are not
problems for it, like repeating radial gradients with stops below zero.

This commit undoes the work done in bug 1341101 to share this logic. Some
conditions were moved around in bug 1341101 to make things simpler, and
that has been undone. Now the paint path is identical to how it was
originally.

There is one exception, which is ResolveMidpoints which is kept between
both code paths. This should be safe.

8050498fed Bug 1355602 - Decouple pushing scroll layers from pushing stacking contexts. r=jrmuizel 
This removes the call to push_scroll_layer in wr_push_stacking_context, so that
it's now possible to push a stacking context without necessarily pushing a
scroll layer. There is already a separate function to push a scroll layer so the
call sites can do that. This patch just changes all the call sites that were
pushing a stacking context to also push a scroll layer, so there should be no
functional change. Future patches can remove the spurious scroll layers.

8b825ab76e Bug 1317594 - Vendor latest robustcheckout extension; r=me 
This is from changeset 249a47720ddcf896a9f07600c429a1b4492b805e from
the version-control-tools repo. It contains a fix to restore
compatibility with Mercurial 3.7, which caused mozharness tests
to fail because that test pins Mercurial 3.7.3 in a requirements
file. This is a bug. But getting a modern robustcheckout deployed
is more important than upgrading that test.
