acba8482a8 Bug 1364896 - Part 3 - Add a test for contextmenu touchmode. r=dao,jmaher 
This also adds a utility function for synthesizing native touch
events to Eventutils.js.

I did not add a test for searchbar because of intermittent issues
with showing the contextmenu (that are not reproducible manually).
I believe this is rather related to searchbar functionality than
my patches.

For resizing context menus when accessed through touch, it is useful
for frontend code to know the inputSource of the action that triggered
a menu during the popupshowing event.

34903d0ba6 Bug 1376215 - Stop exposing the WrClipRegionToken in WebRenderAPI.h APIs. r=jrmuizel 
No functional changes intended in this patch. It merely simplifies the
additional patch that we'll need to update gecko past WR cset 0bf6655,
and saves some potential manual rebasing work.

448ca387ba Bug 1375549 - When the Firefox process doesn't exit apply the update anyway and don't relaunch the callback application. r=mhowell 
This makes it so updating continue when the parent application doesn't exit (see bug 1375242) so any fixes to the parent application will be applied instead of leaving the client in a broken state.
Changes the wait time for the parent process to 30 seconds since the previous value of 70 seconds was based on nsTerminator which isn't used for this case. It still needs to be greater than the old value of 10 since we've seen cases lately where the process has taken more than 10 seconds.
