dea2608089 Bug 1586284 - Modify the flex layout to give urls more space on small screens. r=dao 
Let the url wrap, when the screen size is smaller than a threshold.
Along with a new proposal by Verdi for the toolbar overflow behavior, this
allows the urlbar to stay usable in small windows.

Because the title in Quantum Bar should never be empty, a few rules can be
simplified, so they also apply to the url when it's not a sibling of the other
result parts.

5aa3cf5e49 Bug 1594062 - urlbar part - When selecting a one-off button with the keyboard, show action text on a search heuristic result. r=Standard8 
When a one-off button is the only selection, and the heuristic result is the
a search, forcibly show its action text, so the search engine name is visible.

This doesn't handle cases where the heuristic results are not searches, because
it would be a lot more complex and involve heavy design changes. Those cases
should be less common, representing searches for urls or non-search strings on
other engines.

This is needed because under the new vibrancy model, vibrant -moz-appearance
values only work on elements that have nothing rendered behind them. The elements
with the vibrant appearance become truly transparent.

1e79827721 Bug 1592739 - Style the browser window's root element with -moz-appearance: dialog on macOS (which is the default). r=ntim 
This is preferable over a hardcoded color because it lets Gecko choose where the
window background should come from. We would like the background to be handled
by the OS widget, and prevent Gecko from painting a CSS background color.

  - you can use the newtab devtools, set `browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.asrouter.devtoolsEnabled=true`
 - change the pref `privacy.trackingprotection.cfr-milestone.milestone-achieved=1` and `privacy.trackingprotection.cfr-milestone.milestones="1, 5000, 10000, 25000, 50000, 100000, 500000"`
 - ensure at least one tracker has been saved in the database by visiting a tracking page and refreshing (this is so we can get the date it was saved from the database).
- open a new tab and click the wrench to the top right.
- change provider to "cfr" scroll down to find the milestone_message and click "show"
- I've now added a 24 hour timeout in `toolkit/components/antitracking/TrackingDBService.jsm` line 270 - you'll want to comment this out in order to see the popup.

336d7bb418 Bug 1579285 - Offer to enable TLS 1.0 on neterror page r=johannh 
As we roll out the TLS 1.0 and 1.1 deprecation, sites that don't support TLS 1.2
will show the neterror page.  This adds a box to that page that shows in this
specific case.  That box explains what is going on and gives an option to
re-enable TLS 1.0.

As mentioned, this will show alongside an option to reset TLS-related
preferences if any overrides are active.

Hitting the button will set the new pref to 'true' and reload the page.

Once the override is engaged, the option won't show, but that option to reset
preferences will show (as this is a TLS-related preference).

The intent is to remove this affordance in March 2020 as we formally move to
having TLS 1.2 the minimum version.  All going to plan, this will only affect
prerelease channels, though anyone who has tweaked security.tls.version.* could
also see this.

08f32f358e Bug 1577207 - Set margin of 0 for the overflow menu content in customize mode in non-osx;r=Gijs 
There's a 4px margin from popup.css that applies here, which causes the content to get detached
from the arrow. When popup.css used to be loaded as a XBL sheet, this stylesheet wuoldn't have
applied to the customize mode overflow menu since it's not a real <panel> but just elements in

This uses shadow parts instead of Shadow DOM + XBL selectors into the arrowscrollbox,
which unblocks arrowscrollbox Custom Element conversion and appears to have the same
