7c4aa3b23b Add dependency on libxpt and NSPR for typelib generation. 
Only output |static const IID()| if we have an IID defined.
Output forward declarations.
Initial -m typelib stuff (handles methods, barely).

388137e5ed Removed the InsertItemAt method that takes a string, this was a conveince 
method no one was implementing.
Changed The InsertMenuItemAt to nsISupports because either a nsIMenu or nsIMenuItem
can be inserted.
