The extra null samples were mostly harmless, and may have even helped avoid
bug 983062 sometimes, but caused the "Samples missing" assertion to fail.

Implement HTMLMediaElement.fastSeek(), basically by changing all the
MediaDecoderReader::Seek() overrides to not call
MediaDecoderReader::DecodeToTarget(), and have MediaDecoderReader::DecodeSeek()
call DecodeToTarget() if we're doing an accurate (non-fast) seek.
Update gizmo.mp4 to have a keyframe every second, instead of only 1 keyframe at
the start of stream. This makes the unit test I added more useful for mp4...
I pushed most of the seek target clamping logic in MediaDecoder up into
HTMLMediaElement, so that we're clamping in fewer places. Note
MediaDecoderStateMachine::Seek() still sanity checks the seek target.
We have to update the currentTime/MediaDecoder playback position after a seek
completes now, rather than assuming the seek always got it exactly right.
Removed those pesky assertions about seek target lying in the first frame after
seek, since actually sometimes the media doesn't have samples for all streams
after a seek (either due to the media being encoded like that, or because of a
bug in the platform's decoder, not entirely sure).

This takes care of automatic track selection for tracks with
the default attribute specified. However, it does not take
into account any user preferences set through Firefox such
as default language.
- I've refactored the way we set modes as well, making it a part
of the TextTrack ctors.
- I've also changed TextTracks in the track tests to have their
mode set to 'hidden' in order to be able to call TextTrack::Cues.
This is correct since TextTracks with a mode of 'disabled' do not
return null for their cue lists.
- This implements sorting on the MediaElement's list of TextTracks as
described in: http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/multipage/the-video-element.html#text-track-model
This is important as automatically positioned cues will have a line
position that is relative to their TextTrack's position in the
MediaElement's list of TextTracks.
- Added a TextTrackSource enum which all TextTracks have. This helps
distinguish where a TextTrack came from.
This test no longer passes, the failure masked by bug 975640.
Since this feature is deprecated and disabled anyway, just
make the test do nothing if the controlling pref is false.
That way we can re-enable tests, but if the feature is
restored the bitrot in the implementation will be flagged.
Also change the channel count back to 6, since we're reporting
the native value again.
As the mpeg and dash tests already knew, canPlayType() returns an
empty string ("") instead of "no" for unsupported formats. The
can_play_no_foo tests have been broken for some time.
Now that support is always enabled, we can remove the conditionals
on the ogg-dependent tests.
The canplay test previously run only if ogg was disabled is updated
to verify that the runtime pref works when set to a non-default
'false' value.
The problem was that the HTMLTrackElement calls a different
AddTextTrack method then the HTMLMediaElement does when
addTextTrack is called on it. This patch has the method
that the HTMLTrackElement calls dispatch the onaddtrackevent
as well.
