fecd77a25a Bug 867823 - Implement TextTrack Add/RemoveCue. r=rillian 
- Updated RemoveCue to throw NotFoundError if the cue being removed is
not in the cue list.
- Updated AddCue to not add cues that are already in the list. This is
done by reference comparing.

ed18423fba Bug 883173 - Part 2: Add insertion sorting for TextTrackCueList::AddCue. r=rillian 
- We expect most files to already be sorted, so an insertion sort starting from
the end of the current array should be more efficient than a general sort step
after all cues are loaded
- Added a test for insertion sorting as well.

This way we can ensure that JS code written for WebVTT is spec
compliant while at the same time not having to abstract VTTCue
from TextTrackCue.

The test checks the duration of an MP3 file with variable bitrate. The
MP3 file only contains silence. It uses a high bit-rate encoding for its
first half, a low bit-rate encoding for its second half. The correct
duration is 10 seconds, but an incorrect implementation will return a
much shorter value.

2f6e9242f7 Bug 831224: List vbr.mp3 in Makefile.in, r=padenot 
The MP3 file for testing variable-bitrate MP3's was not listed
in the Makefile; and thus missing from the installation. The
respective Mochitest always failed.

2b33993b82 Bug 882549 - Don't rely on mElement to find nsIDocument in TextTrackCue. r=rillian, r=smaug 
Find nsIDocument via mGlobal (as nsPIDOMWindow) rather than via pointer to
HTMLTrackElement. (bz from #content has explained how we can access
nsPIDOMWindow and nsIDocument without having to ask the HTMLTrackElement)

For the time being, there are many null-ness checks for both 'window' and
'document', and no mechanism to report errors other than returning nullptr
where possible. This will be addressed in a followup bug.

Also adds a test for mHead nullness in TextTrackCue::ConvertNodeTreeToDOMTree
to prevent SIGSEV.

f5e124b831 Bug 880094 - Provide a stable state for HTMLTrackElement asynchronous functions. r=cpearce 
- Removed HTMLMediaElement::AsyncAwaitStableState and exposed a new method,
HTMLMediaElement::RunInStableState, that allows any nsIRunnable to run on
the app shell and take advantage of IsCancelled() code in an nsMediaEvent.
- HTMLTrackElement now uses this to call HTMLTrackElement::LoadResource.
- Changed test_texttrackcue.html to listen for MediaElement's "loadedmetadata"
to ensure that we wait until the cues are loaded before testing and set
preload=auto to get it to pass on Android.

9baff6c056 Bug 876252 - Stop the AudioBufferSourceNode if the offset is no longer valid after setting a new buffer more effectively; r=roc 
Calling Stop() here is not quite enough, because web content might call stop() again
with a non-zero argument, which overrides what we do here.
