f5ab1767ae Fixes: 
Spun off from bug 335757, after an extension update fails the update remains in
the installs view with a progress bar with a small amount of progress to it.
Also the restart app button isn't correctly updated on extension install.
(Checked in for Mossop.)

04e2ab0ff0 Fixes autocomplete so that it no longer resets the maxRows to 6 after 
first popup display, regardless of the value of the maxrows attribute on the
textbox.

1ca4cdd5e7 Bugzilla Bug 340956: when emulating PR_APPEND, we should use PR_Seek64 
instead of PR_Seek, otherwise it won't work on large files.  The patch is
contributed by Nils Maier <MaierMan@web.de> and Masatoshi Kimura (:emk)
<VYV03354@nifty.ne.jp>. r=wtc.  Thanks to Nils Maier for tracking down the
bug.
