dccf8bcbee Add experimental support to the native component loader so that native components can declare what libraries it depends on. (193442) Storing the GRE location in a relative way so that we can change GRE versions between launches assuming that they are compatible (191415). Fixed a bug where we didn't check return from GetLastModification in nsDll::HasChanged. Thank you ajschult@eos.ncsu.edu for pointing out the problem and suggesting a fix. 03ace271f0 Add CPP_THROW_NEW macro to the build system. This macro should be used when defining a local |operator new| function. It will be set to an empty throw function by default on all platforms except mac CW builds. This will allow us to not crash on systems that expect |operator new| to throw an exception by default and will suppress compiler warnings about how |operator new| should throw an exception instead of returning NULL.

b9e6c3d5cf Reorganize the Darwin xptcall code so that it works correctly with prebinding: 
- Move all functions into the text section.
 - Use m4 to generate the StubNNN() functions in the .s file, so that we don't have to use an indirect call to SharedStub (which would clobber r12, where we pass the method index).
 - Use indirect calls for calling invoke_count_words and invoke_copy_to_stack from inside XPTC_InvokeByIndex.

cd60239a3c Add support for chaining 'additional managers' to the global interface info manager. This includes weakref support. This system allows us to dynamically aggregate interface info managers to support systems like SOAP. This increases the number of methods that can be implmented on a JS object via xpconnect, or on an xpcom/proxy object, or via PyXPCOM. There are platform limitations that would need to worked out to go higher. 45e7f2d67e checking in patch from Jon Smirl <jonsmirl@mediaone.net> that lets us see past xptcall 'SharedStub' frames in stack traces. Because xptcall was doing a non-standard frame the debuggers and trace tools were not showing callers. This fixes that problem and will allow us to get *much* better data on crashes and other problems where the stack crosses xptcall. 192e307283 Finally following warren's lead from "last year", the libs phase has been removed from the build. Directories had to be ordered and in some cases, traversed after a subsequent module was built. 
Fixed the recursive makes into GtkMozilla so that they will report build failures like the other dirs.
Removed LIBS_NEQ_INSTALL variable and associated ifdefs.

6c37c5d9ad Switch from using cached-and-refcounted nsIAllocator to linking directly to nsAllocator, as we're in the same DLL. Also turn some freecoded memcpy sequences into calls to nsAllocator::Clone

4f34e05855 Removed redundant XPDIST from the build. Changed existing references to DIST. 
Replaced all uses of $(DIST)/include with $(PUBLIC) except those looking for NSPR headers.
Removed extra instances of $(DIST)/include or $(PUBLIC) from INCLUDES as it's already there.
Override OS_LIBS when setting host variables for cross-compiling.
