c7d77007e8 Bug 1198228 - Support em:foo attributes on Description elements. r=whimboo 
The install.rdf in language packs uses em:id attributes etc, instead
of child elements. All fine with RDF/XML.
This adds support to addon_details to allow for those attributes in
addition to child elements.

10a11a892a Bug 1197877: Remove |INIT_AT| macro from Bluetooth, r=btian 
|INIT_AT| works around missing compiler features for gcc before
version 4.7. All B2G targets have been lifted to gcc 4.8, so the
workaround is not required any longer.
