be6760da53 Windows CE build changes. This addresses most of the outstanding Windows 
CE compilation issues.

This patch also fixes/removes CheckStackGrowthDirection assertions in
Javscript.  This change is based on bug 242518.  See comment 36.

This patch also removes the unused enum in transformiix .  See bug
292118.

d9626f6746 Add support for using gcc's visibility pragma to treat all function and method declarations as "hidden" unless declared otherwise. Create wrappers for system headers that cause them to be treated as default-visibility declarations.
